This two-story condo is nestled in the tranquil community of City by the Sea with stunning water views. The perfect escape for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this condo comfortably sleeps six people. The first bedroom boasts a king-size bed and the second has twin bunk beds, making it perfect for children or friends traveling together. This home is also pet friendly allowing dogs under 25lbs.
Step out onto the deck and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the picturesque water views. Spend your afternoons fishing off the dock or take a relaxing boat ride through the canals. In the evening, unwind with a cocktail and watch the sunset from the deck.
Inside, the condo is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. The kitchen features all the essentials and the dining area has a table that seats four. Need additional seating? The kitchen bar has stools for extra guests. After dinner, retreat to the living room where you can cozy up on the sofa and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. If you have more guests, the sofa also has a queen-sized pull-out bed.

- Do not bring sandy/muddy footwear or clothing into the home.
- Please do not open windows or leave the doors open.
- Do not use bath towels outside, at the beach, or on boats. They are for bathing use only. Beach towels have been provided for outdoor activities.
- Do not attempt to access the owners closet.
- Do not clean fish inside the home. There is a fish cleaning station on the pier.
- Do not fry turkeys at the home.
- Do not put potato peels, watermelon rinds, bones, or other large items down the garbage disposal. You will be charged a $75 service fee for a clogged disposal.
-Do not over fill washer and or dryer. ( You will be charged for repair/replacement fee for misuse of appliances)
-Do not wash white towels with colors.
- Please be mindful of the neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00pm - 7:00am.

Great place to stay while visiting Rockport/Port A area. Property is in a great location and very quiet and peaceful. The host is very accommodating and understanding. Due to weather I had to make an adjustment to plans. Host was very understanding and switched the dates. If you’re bringing a boat this property is perfect. Great dock and room for parking your boat with easy access to ICW. Will definitely stay here next time.

We stayed for our Anniversary, it was more than perfect and we are already planning our next stay. Great water pressure, smelled amazing, more than enough space on both balconies.
