This 2bd/2ba oceanfront condo, located in the Arcadian Dunes area, has everything needed for the perfect beach retreat. Enjoy the private oceanfront balcony, awesome sights and tranquil sounds. Enjoys all the comforts of home with the fully equipped kitchen along with a TV in the master bedroom as well as the living room. Unit comfortably sleeps 6 with 1 queen in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom & 1 sleeper sofa in the living room.
This unit was recently renovated in April 2023 with new LVP flooring in the bedrooms, bathrooms & living room, fresh paint throughout, new living room furniture and renovated bathrooms!!
Arcadian II is located in the Arcadian Dunes area. Although this building is close to many restaurants, attractions & shopping, you'll enjoy the privacy of this secure & private resort. Onsite amenities include an outdoor pool, gazebo, lighted tennis court, free parking, free Wi-Fi, elevator, a BBQ grill & picnic area, coin operated laundry onsite, covered parking & onsite security. I’ve been staying at the Arcadians for 10 years now. Never had a bad experience and can never ever think of staying anywhere else. What I will say about this room is that the only thing we weren’t really happy about was the toaster was old and cheap and the can opener was disgusting. Little things like that cost nothing to upgrades. We also couldn’t find a strainer for our pasta. Some people may not care because they eat out but when we come to the beach we love cooking and staying right in the beach. Other than that we had the best time and loved the room and the beds were comfortable. No brainer that we will be back.

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Good - The view is amazing, and the condo is well furnished.Bad - HVAC unit had issues removing moisture from the unit causing the furniture to be wet. Mold was visible inside the duct work. Condo was dirty. Seems the cleaning service is lacking.

There were definitely some issues. The unit next door was being remodeled and they were apparently glueing floors down most of the week we were there. The smell was very strong coming through the air system. The week was cool so we found our best bet was to turn it off. We did contact rental co.and they brought some stay dry that had air freshener. I know this was no ones fault but I have severe allergies and made my vacation unpleasant. There is big time WiFi issues in this unit. I was unable to hook up my husband and mothers tablets the entire week. There are 2 routers in the cabinet but none hooked up. No tv in the 3rd bedroom. I guess its just for show because it doesn't work.Half of the sliding door was broken and the thermostat is difficult to adjust. This is our 2nd year in this unit but we will not be returning. Last year I overlooked the WiFi tv issues and hoped they would be corrected but nothing has changed. On a plus the view is beautiful as are all the units at Arcadian!
