Welcome to Copano Hooked! A gorgeous four bedroom, three and a half bath home
overlooking Copano Bay with a private lighted pier with bench seating and a lighted fish
cleaning station. 2 adult kayaks, 1 smaller kayak, and 2 SUPs are all included for your
enjoyment. You will be treated to the most amazing views of Copano Bay from this home. The
massive downstairs patio has two picnic tables, two charcoal grills, a corn hole game, plenty of
extra seating and, of course, water views! There is also a half bath downstairs for your
convenience.
The Space:
Upstairs you will be captivated by forever views of Copano Bay. The heart of the home is the
open-plan living area, encompassing the living room, kitchen, and dining space, designed for
socializing, entertainment and relaxation. Step out onto the large balcony, furnished with a
porch swing and chairs, and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails while
overlooking the water.
Full of understated and elegant seaside decor, you'll feel relaxed the minute you walk in. The
living area has ample and comfortable seating. The dining room is filled with natural light and
the dining table seats eight comfortably. The well-appointed kitchen has stainless steel
appliances and everything you need to whip up a meal or a pitcher of margaritas. The beautiful
kitchen island provides extra prep space and has additional seating for four.
The Primary bedroom, complete with a luxurious en-suite bathroom and king-sized bed, is
also located on this level. Down the hall to the left of the kitchen are bedrooms two and three.
These bedrooms each have a queen bed and share the first bathroom at the end of the hall.
Down the hall to the right of the kitchen are the third and primary bedrooms. The third
bedroom has two triple bunk beds with a full bath directly across. There are also a full-sized
washer and dryer in the laundry room for your convenience.

The property was very clean and comfortable, if you are looking for a very laid back place to go this it all the way. The beach is a very short 10 minute drive away.

Host is very friendly and responsive!! House was mazing and the fishing pier was well lit up and comfortable. Highly recommmend this house for a getaway with family and friends.

Great setup for fun family trip and plenty of space for everyone. Cornhole and kayaks were great to have!

One bedroom was without power for two days plus. No lights no fan older couple (in their 80’s not safe or comfortable. Thermostat seemed to be controlled remotely as we set at 74 each night and was reset to 89 the next morning when we got up. When addressing the electrical issue we were told that we could reset the tripped breaker instead of having an electrician come out and check the problem. Since we declined resetting the breaker (due to safety concerns) the company sent an electrician. Property was listed having kayaks and paddle boards available for use, however ability to get them in and out of the water resulted in us not using them. Was told by management company that they would possibly adjust the cost of our stay. Rather received an email indicating they may give us a discount on our next stay if we chose to book with them. This was after we indicated we would not use them in the future.
