This was a cousin's trip, and 5 of us were able to stay comfortably, each with our own bedroom area (one was in the basement on a futon). The pool and back yard amenities like the fire pit and the hot tub were great. We used them all. There were lots of spaces to sit and visit indoors as well as outdoors.We found the upstairs was a little warm on hot days, but the fans included in each room were great and made it comfortable. There was bedding and pillows in each bedroom on the beds... but if someone is staying in the basement, you may want to pack extras as there was no extra bedding for the basement.The neighborhood is nice, and there is a park right across the street with walking paths. We all really enjoyed the home. The pool was just amazing and the temperature was perfect. They even included floaties to use and beach towels. Had the weather even been cooler, the heated pool would still be ok for swimming. We've done trips like this for years, and we won't stay anywhere that doesn't have a heated pool, we learned that the hard way!!The host was super responsive. Would recommend highly!

Perfect house for a little get away. The pool and hot tub were clean and well kept. Beds were comfy and the neighborhood felt safe and close to lots of activities.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very spacious, beds were incredibly comfy and the hot tub hit the spot!
