IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR PARADISE, YOU'VE FOUND IT!
This property has been described by some as the most beautiful location in all of Beaufort! With water on 3 sides at high tide, you're never without a view! This home was completely renovated in 2017 and includes 4 bedrooms (2 masters) and 3 full baths. One master is on each floor and both have king beds. The remaining 2 rooms are downstairs and have 2 twins in each. Kitchen and den are upstairs to take advantage of the gorgeous views! The home does have wifi. Outside, a bridge takes you to an island that connects to the deep water dock. Perfect for parking your boat! Two kayaks are available for use while you stay. Catch shrimp, crabs and fish right from the dock! Conveniently located just 15 minutes from downtown Beaufort, and 30 minutes to Parris Island. There truly is not a more peaceful place on earth!
Please note... we do not allow smoking or pets. Please be aware that the Marine Corp Air Station is across the river from the house. At times planes will take off and they can be loud. There is no schedule that they follow and most of the time you won't hear them at all.

Wonderful view loved watching boats go by and the fighter jets. Quite peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Here are some helpful tips:Lamp in living area did not have a switch that was workable plus sofa’s need to be replaced due comfort and the worn fabric.Master bedroom upstairs the mattress has a hump in the middle and squeaks. Floor was not clean especially under the bed. Bathroom faucets had no pressure. Bathtub should have hand rail to hold onto.Master bedroom downstairs the bed sheets are worn. The TV in that room would not work due to the connection not holding to the TV. Back twin bedroom need a bedside lamp and had cobwebs throughout the windows. That closest had no space to hang clothes due to the outdoor games.Left door for the laundry room cannot be opened all the way and could not get to light switch. Deck was not cleaned off.These are things that would have made our stay enjoyable.Also food was left In refrigerator and in the freezer upon on our arrival.Thank you for sharing your home.Patty, Debbie and Megan

Truly one of our favorite spots to gather with family. It was our second visit and it lived up to the memories from round 1. Kids from age 4-15 this time and everyone loved it. We will be back!

This is a perfect getaway. The house was very clean and had every amenity we needed. In addition, the dock with kayaks and crab traps was a real bonus!
