About this house rental
This is the original residence used by MTV to film The Real World: Key West. The private oceanfront estate offers 500 feet of shoreline, a large resort-style pool, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis, a private tennis court, deep-water boat docks, kayaks, and paddle boards. The property accommodates 18–22 guests across 8–10 bedrooms, including multiple oceanfront master suites with king beds and en-suite bathrooms.
Designed as a self-contained private retreat, the estate features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, central air conditioning, multiple laundry facilities, and abundant parking. The setting is gated and free from highway noise, with expansive open-water views.
Conveniently located just ten minutes from Duval Street, the property is well-suited for large family reunions, corporate retreats, and milestone celebrations. Guests may bring their own boat for direct access to the reef and backcountry.

Everything was as described and easy process checking in and out. Property manager gave us a rundown of everything upon arrival which helped. Location is beautiful and the house has it all. Highly recommend!

Super unique property with available extra building for extra people. We stayed with 10 adults and 10 teens for spring break. Location is quiet during sleeping hours and active during the day with top gun pilots training overhead. Property manager is super attentive and checkin and checkout were the easy. Property has indoor activities when it is windy or raining, outdoor activities including kayaks and paddle boards. Kitchen is well stocked. Tennis court surface is well kept. Racquetball facility in extra house includes volleyball net option. Color scheme is whimsical and full of fun. We biked to breakfast and dinner spots across the highway. Large boats pickup directly from house dock. We parked 4 cars and 20 bikes inside the gate and still played basketball in the driveway. So many places to sit, layout, read, or swim/soak. Everybody found their spot anytime of day or night. Watched a movie indoors from the hot tub. Watched sports from the outdoor hot tub on the outdoor bar TV. Cooked group bbq on the grill.

I don’t like giving negative reviews as I feel I typically review my vacation properties wry well and rarely disappointed. First let me say the Management is very communicative and accessible. There is a Manager that lives on site that we were not aware of. We were not happy about that until things started going wrong then at least he was there. The property is becoming dilapidated. There is obvious water damage, cracks and rot happening and just being painted over. From a distance it looks great but the beds have mold on the mattress covers, some box springs are falling through to the floor. Ceiling fans don’t work in some rooms and rooms upstairs run hot. There was an ice maker on the counter that didn’t work. Furnishings need updating. Don’t lay on the sheets on outside beds as it rains and the sheets are not changed. In the pool house there were a/c issues and ants. Water issues in the bathroom. Shower Wouldn’t drain. We have stayed in many mansions and 5 star properties in Bahamas, Caymans, Mexico etc This time we thought we would try USA but unfortunately this property needs attention. High points are excellent communication w management, beautiful location and view, awsome TV’s in almost every space, room for our large boat. This was once a beautiful home. Our friend that lives around the corner used to go there in High School when there was an actual pool in the living room. Then of course then it was Real World House. I’m just sad to see the upkeep isn’t there.
