Newly Renovated Boathouse Cottage is ready to welcome guests. New flooring, new beds, new furniture. Located on the west side of the duplex on the quiet street of Gladiolus on north end of Anna Maria. Removed from the condos, hotels, and crowds.
We are one short block from sunrises on the bay, and the historic Rod and Reel Pier. Two short blocks to sunsets on the gulf, and the pristine beach of Bean Point-the perfect place for shelling, strolling, fishing, boating or just a quiet time.
This 2 bedroom, one bath, duplex sleeps 4 and has ample living space with screened in porch, large private fenced in yard and heated pool. Many of you have stayed here in the past. As of 9/2020 under new ownership, both sides are available for rent, each side with private pool. The other side is called Angel Fish Cottages VRBO # 2053921.
Our patio is perfect for entertaining, outdoor barbeque's, and family relaxation. We provide beach and pool equipment.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. We loved the pool and the porch, and the home was clean and had everything we needed. We hope to stay again in the future!

Our family enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect! We had a short walk to the beach for swimming and Bean Point at night for incredible sunset views. Loved the privacy and pool. This was our second time back and it didn’t disappoint!
