About this house rental
“Sea La Vie” is a beautifully updated property with room for everyone just STEPS away from the beach. Enjoy the gorgeous views and peaceful atmosphere. This home is located in a gated community packed with many amenities. This home boasts four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, including a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor. Three bedrooms have a king size bed in each room. The fourth bedroom has a full bed along with a twin over full bunk bed that kids will love.
The house features a full coffee bar, BBQ, washer/dryer, and stocked kitchen. There are also plenty of toys, beach gear, books and games for all ages. Relax on the front or back patio, or take a walk down the beach and soak up the ocean air. Great spot for seasonal whale watching and keep an eye out for other sea life all year long!
Perfect location to enjoy many wonderful spots in the area. Head north on Highway 1 and grab a meal at The Whole Enchilada or other restaurants in Moss Landing. Keep heading north towards Santa Cruz and Capitola. Phil's Fish Market in Castroville is also nearby! Grab your golf clubs and head south on Highway 1 to Pebble Beach or any other of the world class golf courses in the area. The Monterey Bay Aquarium on Cannery Row is an easy 20 minute drive. A few minutes further south you will find Carmel-by-the-Sea, a lovely spot packed with excellent shopping, art and dining. This beautiful area of the California coast offers something for everyone and every age. Flying in from out of state? The Monterey Regional Airport is a 20 minute drive away and the San Jose International Airport is about an hour away. No matter what brings you here, we are confident that you will enjoy every moment of your stay!

We had a wonderful family vacation here and I can’t think of a more perfect place to stay! Stunning beach, dune and sunset views from the comfy living/dining room. Comfortable beds. Every room wonderfully stocked with items for any need….young or old. Perfect location for all the sights north and south. Gina was very responsive and helpful in every way. Would definitely recommend and return!

The view to the ocean is phenomenal! There is a water view from every room in the house except the downstairs bedroom, which overlooks the cute courtyard. The owners have done a great job of labeling everything, including which way to turn the faucet handle for hot water in the kitchen. Very useful. That level of attention to detail is found throughout the home. The attention to detail of the owner shows itself in the ease of check-in and check-out. And a very nice touch is a bottle of wine and a bottle of sparkling cider, along with a personal note from the owner.And, in addition to all this, there is a real fireplace. They have a Duraflame log ready to go. The way they set it in the fireplace ready to light is wonderful. I love sitting in the living room with a glass of wine looking at the fire in the fireplace, and then out at the water. It is truly a relaxing home.

The house, view and community are exactly as described. Gina made things super easy and enjoyable with great communication and check ins to make sure things were as expected. Working as motorsport photographers, we were in town to shoot the IMSA race at Laguna Seca and the house had just the right distance from the track. Easy and reasonable drive to it but at the same time, enough away from it to make you feel like you have some separation (IYKYK).

Beautiful beach side home with large bedrooms and very comfortable beds. The house was equipped with anything a guest may need. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked and we found everything we needed to prepare several meals! We would highly recommend this home. Communication with the host was awesome - she was very helpful and gracious.
