House was very clean and absolutely beautiful. Love the history of the neighborhood. We were allowed to stay a couple of extra hours past check out with a last minute request. Would definitely recommend to friends visiting the Birmingham area.

The neighborhood is being built back up, so just keep that in mind. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. Linens, trash bags, and the kitchen are well-stocked. You will have to park in front of the house, but we had no issues with safety with that. I also think curtains need to be added to the kitchen windows for security. I don't like that kind of visibility into a residence, especially at night. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the decor is nice. There is only one TV in the common sitting area and not in the bedrooms.
