Casa Los Secretos was made for sharing. With around 2,500 square feet, three bedrooms and three bathrooms, this spacious Mareazul residence gives families and groups plenty of room to relax, hang out and enjoy Playa del Carmen without feeling like everyone is on top of each other.
The home sleeps up to 10 guests with two King beds, two Queen beds and two bunk beds. There’s room to sleep comfortably after a full day in the sun, a welcoming living area for everyone to gather and a fully equipped kitchen for everything from easy breakfasts to late dinners with the whole group.
Then there’s the part everyone tends to gravitate toward: the private pool and terrace.
Start the morning with coffee outside, cool off after the beach or let everyone gather there in the afternoon while the day slows down. No complicated plans required — just good company, warm weather and somewhere comfortable to be.
Mareazul adds even more to the experience. The resort is surrounded by lush gardens and offers massive pool areas, jacuzzi sections, a fitness center, spa and massage services, Zen spaces, tennis and paddle courts, restaurants and more. The beach is less than a 200-meter walk through the resort’s green pathways.
And when you feel like heading out, Playa del Carmen is only a short drive away. Spend the day between the beach and the pool, then head into town for dinner, drinks, shopping or an evening walk along Quinta Avenida.

Mareazul is a gorgeous property. We loved walking right out the door and enjoying the view of the pool from our place. We were a very short walk from two lovely open-air restaurants and the beach. The condo was in pristine shape and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We also worked with the concierge, Yasmin, who was especially helpful stocking the place with groceries for our arrival.

This is an amazing unit, close to the pool, that is large enough to share with family and friends. It provided 9-days of great memories! Can't wait to stay again on our next visit to PDC.

Unfortunately not a great rating - upon arrival we had several issues. the slider doors were broken and had to have maintenance fix. Also the chairs outside were both broken. We really would have like comfortable chairs to relax in the sun. And unfortunately the biggest upset was that the front bedroom hurricane shutter did not open and we could not see the views that we paid for.
