Great communication. Clean house and a perfect place to stay by Disneyland. Loved the mattresses on the bed - super comfy. We had a wonderful time.

The property was clean. 11:00am check-out was great and we had a pleasant stay.

The house was dirty. The floors were not cleaned, the carpets not vacuumed well. The beds were stiff and the pillows were a mismatch of lumpy and flat. I’m sorry to say all this. The kitchen is great and the family room. But the dust and cobwebs in the bedrooms and bathrooms were not ok. I shouldn’t walk down the hall in my white socks and have the bottoms be black and full of dirt.
