Everything was great, kids didn’t want to leave! Neighborhood was fun to ride bikes and golf carts and easy access to the pools and beach! Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!

This is a beautiful property with lots of amenities close to beach and pool, large enough for our extended family, very comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied, the home was clean and functional with lots of beach and other toys in the garage. Communication with the host was sometimes a struggle. None of the pool codes we were given worked, luckily other pool-goers let us in. The verbiage about the golf cart is confusing, it is included without a fee, you just have to sign a waiver but a message about the golf cart 3 days before the trip makes it seem like you have to rent it. One day we were accidentally locked out of the residence and had to wait 15-20 minutes to get let in (the code had been changed even though we were still there for another day). Other than these glitches, great property, great stay! We recommend the Aquabear snorkel trip nearby, it was awesome!

The home was perfect for our extended family vacation. Not to far from the pool or beach with the golf cart. 3 days before the trip we get a message asking for payment for the golf cart. None of which was mentioned in the listing. Not sure why the message asked for a payment and no explanation was given. It took until well after our arrival time to get the waiver and key to the golf cart. Additionally the codes for the pools were incorrect luckily the security guards let us in. and we had a light on in a locked closet we could not turn off and the host did not respond to a text message sent asking to get it turned off.

This property had easy access to beautiful beaches, was roomy, well laid out, very clean, and in a lovely new development. Friendly for all ages.
