About this house rental
Beautiful suite that feels like home. With enough Tv entertainment and necessary amenities plus welcome toiletries. Princeton is beautiful, peaceful and serene with beautiful parks around. This is a secondary unit attached to the main family house which is occupied but has its own private and separate entrance hence no interactions with the main building. Please note that we have little kids and you may hear them running around occasionally but all good and quiet after bedtime 😊

Having experienced some traumatic travel incidents related to poor maintenance and cleanliness, I greatly appreciated the open, bright, and clean feel of the guest suite - from the leather couch to the tile floor to the white/cream-colored decor/furnishings. My personal disinfecting process was a little less rigorous. lol. Also, I traveled with my children, which made the "clean" kitchen and its appliances and amenities (ie Keurig, cookware, and seasonings) a highlight of the stay. Shopping in the local area to prepare homemade meals was cost-effective and convenient. Communicating w host was simple as wel.The only set back was that the Vrbo guest suite and a family's primary residence (maybe the host's) are in the same structure. So, while the Vrbo guest suite had a separate entrance, amenities, and living quarters, it was connected, side-by-side, to the main home. As a result, noise from the main home - especially children running/playing on the upper level - was disruptive at times (mostly in the mornings when we were trying to sleep in late). Vrbo touts the advantages of travelers and hosts not having to share space. However, while we didn't share the immediate space, our overall comfort was directly impacted by the fact that the traveler and host quarters are adjacent. And, while all of our personal belongings are accounted for, I also have concerns that someone entered the quest suite while we were out during the day. This was a lesson for future Vrbo searches.

If you’re not booking here, then you’re missing out. They supplied all the basic necessities and what they didn’t have, Walmart was only 5 minutes away. They were very friendly and the neighborhood was awesome. Perfect location from restaurant and stores. Only thing I was they had was an additional tv in the bed room but that’s not a deal breaker for me. Definitely booking with them from here on out!!!

Great place! Nice and clean. We never had wi-fi or TV. It may have been in the fine print of the contract. It would have been nice if a hard copy guide sheet for internet and TV operation had been available for us senior citizens to refer to upon arrival. Pretty much just slept there while visiting family and helping with family projects at their homes. So, we didn’t have a lot of time to figure out the internet and TV. We used our iPads and hot spots on our phones for the few times we did need wi-fi. I gave four stars for property manager communication since there was never a need and/or time for us to reach out to property manager. Overall, the place is wonderful and very clean.

- In a nice neighborhood
- Fast response from host
Things we didn’t like about our stay:
-Wasn’t the cleanest
-Only 2 towels
-no extra trash bags
Also wish it had that it was an attached apartment to their house in the description and not just the title.
