Designed with charming maritime décor, it offers a private pool for sunset views, a fully equipped kitchen, and three cozy living areas. A self-check-in method with an electronic keypad.
• Check-in time is 4:00 pm
• Check-out time is 10:00 am
★ IMPORTANT ★
• Barbecue grill is not provided.
• Smoking is not allowed.
• The entrance to the complex is gated.
• Pets are not allowed.
• We do offer a pack-n-play and highchair as courtesy. For additional ones, there is a fee of $45 per pack-n-play and $25 per highchair.

★ POOL INFO ★
• The pool heat is NOT included in your stay

• It is necessary for you to make sure of your children’s safety which includes supervision at all times and staying in the assigned areas around the vacation home.

There is a maximum of 4 cars parked on the property.
Street parking and parking on the garden/grass area are not permitted in the community.
Boats are not allowed.
A penalty fee will be applied for breaking the rules.

- 1 Small shampoo per bathroom
- 1 Small Soap Bar per bathroom

- 1 Bag of Coffee powder
- Coffee filters
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Laundry detergent

Kitchen well equipped except could use new large pans, great assortment of card games and pool/beach toys and chairs, loved having the house pool and community pool, access to beach convenient. House was a great size and accommodated our family well! Very clean! Great week staying here.

This house was perfect for 2 families with lots of teens. Plenty of beds and a plus is that each room has a bathroom attached or at least a jack and jill bathroom between two rooms. Garage had a great selection of beach chairs, toys and other things which was great for our group.

My family stayed here for 4 weeks and we really like this subdivision (this is our 3rd year vacationing here). The home was as advertised but there were a few small details that future renters may want to be aware of. Our group found the beds to be uncomfortable and some were disappointed that there were not televisions in the bedrooms (1 tv in the lower level living room and 1 in the upper level fanily room). We ran into some issues with the house and the hosts responded within a few hours. We appreciated being able to use the garage space but it is inconvenient that there is no grill (there IS a grill at the house but the lid is locked closed). We paid extra for the pool heater for the length of our stay but it was unreliable at best. The host explained that the heater will freeze up when the outside temps drop and will need time to be defrost which can't happen until the outside temps raise, but the only reason we wanted pool heat was so we could use the pool even on cooler days. Unfortunately, we felt that paying extra for pool heat was a waste of our money. The home is nicely decorated and it suited our needs for our long stay. The kitchen had plenty of silverware, plates, cups, and such which was great. We really like staying at Harbor Island Beach Club. The beach access is a very easy walk (even for our 6 and 3 year old) and it's nice to be slightly south of the hussle and bussle of town.

Excellent home, close to beach and food/stores. Home was spotless. Beds were comfortable. We were a group of 10 and home was perfect with lots of room. We were able to see 2 launches from the beach.
