About this apartment rental
A True Myrtle Beach, South Carolina experience! This Home-Away-From-Home Condo is amply sized with 1400 square feet of living space and located in the highly sought after Maisons-sur-Mer. The Condo is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized from top to bottom and decorated in the Southern Coastal style. Our family stays here too - and we want you to be as comfortable visiting here as we are.
All living areas have new ceiling to floor sliding windows, giving an open air vibe and granting easy access to the over sized balcony, which is a true plus for our family. Every angle offers spectacular views of the ocean, beach, Grand Strand Skyline, Grand Dunes Golf Course, Marsh, and Million Dollar Homes. In the distance, you can even see the Ferris Wheel at Broadway on the Beach, the Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, and the Marina at Grand Dunes. Evenings on the dance-floor sized balcony are amazing with the sound of the ocean, the live music from Flip Flops, a traditional MBSC Beach Bar located across Shore Drive (don't worry...it ends at 10:00), and the popping light display of fireworks on the beach (from 9:00 to 11:00 only). You will truly feel the contentment of being located in a quaint, ocean-front village! But at the same time, you're a quick 5 minute drive to HWY 17 and all of the restaurants and attractions that make MBSC a popular destination.
The condo offer two bedrooms; one with a King-sized bed in a moody blue motif and offering a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is an artsy/beachy dรฉcor and has two queen sized beds. There is easy access to a full bath and an oversized closet. Additional sleeping space is available on a pull out sofa bed in the living room.
We like to cook, so the eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with a convection oven, built in microwave, dishwasher and disposal. Additionally, we've provided you a Ninja Foodie Smart XI 6-1 Indoor Grill and an Instant Pot (cookbooks are here for your use, also). You'll also find a toaster, blender, Wustof knives, hard anodized cookware (non-stick for easy cleanup), electric kettle, stylish dinnerware and drinkware and other accessories to enhance your in the condo-dining experience. You can even enjoy your meal in the crystal chandelier-lit dining room, making stay-in date nights even more special.
Rather eat out but don't want to fight the crowds? You need go no further than the Maisons-sur-Mer's grandly appointed main floor and the two on-site restaurants, Bon Appetit and The Ocean Club, which hosts weekly live music for your opportunity to dance The Carolina Shag. The Building also offers 24 Hour Security and Maintenance, Secure Parking, Private Beach Access, and a beautiful swimming pool where you can enjoy an outdoor bar, DJs spinning your favorite Beach Music, and Sunday Cookouts (seasonally). There is also tennis, a putting green, a grill area, a game room, two fitness rooms and Men's and Women's Saunas.
This is the best location ever. We are located on a quiet side road which runs along the coast line and for you Golfers, Grand Dunes famous course is a visible stone's throw away. A quick two mile drive puts you on Route 17 and easy access to great restaurants, grocery shopping, and locally owned amenities. But we're also an equal distance between those iconic Myrtle Beach Favorites, Barefoot Landing, Broadway on the Beach, and Center City Myrtle Beach.
What our family truly appreciates about this Beach Retreat is that it offers something for everyone. We are so excited to share it with you, and hope you will build as many fond memories here as we do!

This is a beautiful condo with spectacular views from the large balcony. We didn't want to leave that balcony. We 3 girls got up at 2:00am one morning and went back out there. The condo is well stocked with all you need for a home away from home. The beds are very comfortable. Shelley is very easy to work with. We plan to return many times in the future!

In spite of the rainy, hideous weather during the week we were there, this condo was actually the best part of our vacation. I don't know how I can top the other 10 star reviews except to say that our host, Shelley, was fantastic to communicate with. She was always prompt in responding to messages and her attention to detail in amenities is top notch. Little things...you need a shoe horn? Found one. Scissors? She has them. Bathroom scale? She has one. Ironing board and iron that actually works? She has it. It was home away from home. The furniture throughout is comfortable, beds included. She even provides throw blankets in the living room. The outdoor balcony view was beautiful and the furniture more than comfortable. And clean? Absolutely! Parking was easily accessible and the security was appreciated. We didn't get to take advantage of the pool as the weather didn't cooperate but had it been better, there's much provided for outdoor comfort and activity. The property is extremely well maintained, inside and out. Thank you, Shelley, for the best condo we've ever had the blessing to stay in. We wouldn't hesitate to rent from you again if opportunity arises in the future!

This condo was absolutely amazing! As the pictures show, the view was amazing. The host has prepared this home with everything you may need. There were four adults staying in the condo and we had room to spare. Parking is convenient and the amenities are terrific. You will be spending your stay in a place that some are fortunate enough to call home. Our only regret is that we had to leave after just one week...
