Located just outside The Villages it is close enough to enjoy the Villages and what it has to offer. We are just a few minutes from the Villages and about 10 minutes to all 3 downtown squares. We are also just a few minutes away from historic Leesburg and Mt Dora.
This 1 bedroom 1 bath home has been remodeled to provide you with all the comforts of home.
Located in the historic town of Fruitland Park, 2 blocks from the Library and the municipal pool. Located only 2 blocks from Lake Griffin State Park with boat ramp into Lake Griffin, home to many bass tournaments.
The covered carport will accommodate a 23 foot boat with electric available.

The cottage is beautifully decorated and clean. Joyce thinks of everything you could need while away even chocolate covered strawberries in the fridge. The bed is comfortable, sheets are soft. The property is perfectly located close to so much. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!
