Our beautifully remodeled beachfront home has an open, airy ocean feel with breathtaking views throughout. Just a few steps to the ocean, or relax in front of our large windows and watch the ocean waves from the comfort of the living room. The master bedroom and private bath feature a glass sliding door leading to the deck, where you can unwind while listening to the waves. Enjoy a large TV in the master bedroom and cozy evenings beside the fireplace and 55-inch TV in the living room.
Start your mornings with coffee or breakfast at the bar while watching the ocean waves roll in, or gather around the dining table for memorable family dinners. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and full-length mirrors. With two full bathrooms plus a washer and dryer, you can pack light and enjoy a stress-free stay.
Located on the second level, our home offers amazing panoramic ocean views and is just steps from miles of pristine, uncrowded beach. Spend your days enjoying spectacular sunsets, dolphin sightings, sea otters, abundant birdlife, and, if you’re lucky, even whales passing by.
Located on the Shorebirds side of Pajaro Dunes, guests have access to wonderful resort amenities including tennis courts, pickleball, basketball, volleyball, biking trails, and scenic walking paths around the beautiful lagoon. There is also a convenient on-site store for last-minute essentials and a fascinating nature center to explore.
Perfectly located between Monterey and Santa Cruz, both about 30 minutes away, our beachfront retreat is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and create unforgettable memories with family and friends.

This is a unique property. Even thought here are other units around it, it is very quiet. Inside is very comfortable and we didn't find anything lacking.
The beach is easily accessed and is wonderful. There's plenty of beach to walk both up and down from the access point. Just a beautiful spot!

We had a wonderful stay at Pajaro Dunes! Our host, Annette was amazing! We will be staying there again!

Had some issues rescheduling when the local battery plant exploded and the area was under a shelter in place order with masks. We were told that the unit has a large window with a view of the water so we could just stay inside, not helpful when you have young kids. Eventually we were allowed to reschedule, but we were refused a switch to another holiday weekend. There was no laundry detergent.
