- The home is not pet friendly.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

Bedroom #2 features a king-size bed, TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a vanity and a shower/jetted tub combo.
The open-concept living area is perfect for relaxing, with plenty of comfortable seating, a smart TV, and direct access to the covered balcony—ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding in the fresh Ozark air. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, plus a breakfast bar for casual dining and a dining table set for six for more formal gatherings.

We had the Best stay, the place is beautiful,peaceful,clean and cozy. The beds are the absolute best. They had extra sheet and blanket for the pull out couch that was also super comfy. We will be booking this place again. Highly recommend!

Very clean, very well stocked. Easy in and out. Host was great. Big nice beds. Living and kitchen very spacious. Very quiet. We definitely stay again..

Had a couple issues the air wouldn't turn down and the TV in living room had a passcode lock on it that never got resolved so we couldn't watch TV together except for DVD I had to buy..
