Everything was wonderful! Clean and comfortable! Plenty of room for our large family to be able to be together and have space to relax! Great communication would definitely stay again!

My son is getting married today and it helped prep the dresses and suits. It’s not easy to find something that can hold our large family. So very thankful that you have this place!

The house was great for accommodating the 12 of us for our staff retreat. The owner, David, made sure that we had enough towels, linens, hand soap, tissue, and dish soap. Good location in a gentrifying neighborhood. The listing did not mention duplex houses and I didn't think to ask about this because he presented it as one house. House #1: no upstairs, 4 bdrms, 2 baths, and 2 kitchens. House #2: upstairs, 5 bdrms, 1 kitchen, 1 bath. We were, disappointed that the images depicting the outside did not reflect what was inside. It felt like an old car with a nice paint job until you looked under the hood. David was timely with his communication via the inbox, but sometimes his responses felt rude and condescending. I asked him if he had a dehumidifier and he told me that the air conditioners ARE dehumidifiers. Like a bad motel, the damp, musty odor remained throughout our stay, and exacerbated my allergies. As for access to the wifi code, I suggest that it gets mentioned with the check-in instructions, "Click on the image to get the code". Overall, we endured our stay and will look elsewhere should we return.
