The location was the highlight — calm, quiet, and well-situated.
However, the charging setup was a real inconvenience: with 8 guests in the dorm, there were only 2 power sockets, both placed near the washroom. That needs to be addressed. The washrooms were also a bit on the dirtier side.

The homestay was decent overall. The room was clean and the location was good. The host was polite and responsive, which made the stay better.
There were a few issues such as limited amenities and occasional noise.

Quite and peaceful environment even though it's near to maket, railway station, and Brahmaputra river point.
Good for workation and near to many weekend destinations.
Host (Neep and Jyotiaditya) and staff (Biplob and Vikas) are nice and helpful, always ready to provide recommendations and assistance.
Common area need to be improved.
