كلشي ممتاز انصح كل عربي او خليجي مع عائله يحجز وهو مغمض بس للمعلومه مافيها مكيف بس هوايه كهربائيه والتعامل ممتاز وكل مره تكلم اذا نبي شي او في شي انصحكم 100%

Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit - per mail als auch vor Ort.
Die Lage des Chalets ist hervoragend - einen kurzen Fussweg vom Bahnhof Interlaken Ost und dem grossen Supermarkt dort entfernt.
Das Chalet selbst entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Alles war blitzsauber und in der Küche ist auch für Selbstversorger alles vorhanden.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und danken für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.
Wir hatten keinerlei Beanstandungen.

حسن الاستقبال والترحيب والبشاشه من اصحاب الشاليه ماري وهنري. عجبني المنزل فسيح ومريح ونظافته ومكانه هادي ومتوفر فيه كل شي وكذلك قربه من السنتر ثلاث دقائق وانت في السنتر . والتواصل المستمر اذا نريد اي حاجه ومن لطافة اصحاب المنزل قدموا لنا هديه فاخرة عند قدومنا فكان اختيار موفق

The location was fine: just on the edge of town and an easy walk into the center, shops, and train station. The place had charm. Outstanding..... were the owners.; very nice, very helpful. Why did I set the score so low? There was no air conditioning on three brutally hot days; inexcusable. This is 2026---not 1926. Even the fans provided were the weakest fans I have ever sadly encountered. My daughter suffered and had to make an exit to a nearby hotel (and no.....she's not a spoiled person or a complainer). An older guest would have had a dangerously difficult time on any hot day.
One other thing, they need to get a skilled plumber to create much more comfortable shower fixtures upstairs. It saddens me not to be able to give a really good review.....but the truth is more important and the negatives can and should be corrected immediately. If that were so-----I'd give it a ten!!!!!!!!
Upstairs shower fixtures need updating.
Uncomfortable beds and bedding.
