We liked the porch and surrounding pines, birds. The neighborhood feels safe and is a nice shady place to go for a walk. It’s close to town for getting supplies. The kitchen is decent for cooking in. The fridge is new and clean and we liked the ice maker. Loved the games. The bath soap liquid smells great! It feels like someone’s vacation home, not a generic rental. Very comfy chairs in the living room!
We were there during heat, into the mid 90’s. The house was warm when we got there and the first floor can’t cool to under 80 during the day. The upstairs units kept the bedrooms cool, but they are on timers and had to have water drained. We were not able to watch World Cup on TV, there were no services. Also, not anyone’s fault but it is a neighborhood, and the next door neighbors were using their blower early Sunday morning and on Saturday morning there was a house in line of site having construction.
