Located four miles from Penn Yan, this two-story Finger Lakes farmhouse offers a private setting with convenient access to wineries, lake recreation, and nearby towns. The home provides generous gathering spaces for families and groups, both indoors and outside.
The open-concept kitchen features ample counter and cupboard space for preparing group meals, while the farmhouse dining table creates a central place to gather.
A heated garage has been converted into a game room with ping-pong, air hockey, and a pool table. The garage also includes an EV charger. Above it, additional sleeping quarters provide three full-size beds.
Outside, guests can use the large yard, fire pit, private hot tub, and barrel sauna.

* The property does not have televisions due to the owners’ religious beliefs.
* WiFi is available for streaming on personal devices.
* Up to two dogs are permitted with a pet fee.
* More than two dogs require prior approval.
* Owners must immediately collect and properly dispose of all pet waste. Failure to do so may result in an additional $100 fee.

Beautiful property with a completely renovated interior. We really enjoyed the fire pit on a cool fall evening. Great location near lots of wineries and family-friendly activities.

Had an absolute blast staying at this property. Game room was amazing. Sauna got a ton of use. The property owner even stopped by and gave us some wood for the fire and some local honey. Would absolutely stay here again! Slept 14 people comfortably.
