Located in Port St. Joe, this marvelous house boasts 4 bedrooms including a king bed, 2 queen beds, and a cozy bunk bed. With 3 bathrooms featuring a bathtub and shower, guests can relax in style. The living room offers an additional space with a comfy sofa bed for extra sleeping arrangements. Fall in love with Port St. Joe and enjoy the magic it has to offer.
Large Master Bedroom with walk-in closet and Temperpedic mattress. Master bathroom adjoined with walk in shower and double vanity. 50" Smart TV with Dish package. Two Queen Bedrooms with access to a full bath with a tub and shower. Both bedrooms have 42" Smart TV's and streaming ready to access your subscriptions. Bunk room with two twin size bunk beds with memory foam mattresses. There is a book shelf with lots of board games, some books, and there is a desk in the room for anyone needing to work from home. There are several jigsaw puzzles and the dining room table makes a great puzzle table. The spacious family room has a sofa bed sleeper if needed and two of the 4 easy chairs are recliners. A 70" inch TV with Dish package. There are beach chairs and toys for the pool stored in the garage. And a rolling cart and rolling Igloo cooler for your trips to the pool or the beach. There is a corn hole game in the garage. You will have access to two parking places inside the garage and two parking places in the driveway. There is room to park your boat on the driveway but not on the grass or on the street. The screened back porch has very comfortable furniture for the whole family and there is always some shade to enjoy. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook while you are here. Bring your kayaks for a relaxing outing on the Bay. The kayak launch is just around the corner. Very close to horseback riding on the beach, boat launch to the Gulf and fresh seafood from St. Joe Shrimp Company.

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home and for a great vacation. We just left. All the trash was collected and taken the street. All the towels that are folded in laundry were washed and are cleaned. Bed sheets started. There is a load in the wash and a load in the dryer. All other laundry that was dirty is in the laundry room on the floor. The dishwasher was started before leaving. We tried to leave things as clean as possible. Again, thank you so much. We will be next year!

Wonderful spacious house! We enjoyed this place both inside and out. One of the best features is NO STAIRS to climb! Great location and the host was really easy to work with!
