About this cabin rental
The cabin was designed for you to get away, relax, and enjoy some peace and quiet. The 700 sq/ft cabin may be small, but it is mighty! We have purposely created a space with *no TV* so you can unwind and decompress, but of course, internet is available on the property for your own devices. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are one space allowing for intimate time together. The large bedroom has a king bed (with Leesa mattress) and a fold out twin bed. There is also another fold out twin bed in the living room. The deck is perfect for early morning coffee or late night drinks. In the winter, curl up in front of the wood stove after a day of skiing or exploring. Access to National Forest is directly from the property at the back gate allowing you to enjoy hiking and biking in the summer and fall and in the winter enjoy nordic skiing, snowshoeing, and more.

Living Room includes:
- comfortable vegan leather couch
- grey sitting chair (that folds out to twin bed)

- seating for 4
- full size refrigerator
- gas stove/oven
- full sized dishwasher
- plates/cups/silverware
- spice rack
- coffee and tea station
- bar/cocktail station
- popular kitchen utensils
Bathroom:
- shower only (no tub)
- stacked washer/dryer
- few essential items
Bedroom:
- king bed with Leesa mattress
- brown sitting chair
- grey sitting chair (that folds out to twin bed)
- nightstands
- charging station/table near closet
The deck:
- two lounge chairs (summer only)
- dining table/chairs (summer only)
- gas grill with cooking utensils (year round)
The yard:
- large, flat yard with gated access to hundreds of acres of National Forest
- the yard is fully fenced in with a front and rear gate
In the winter months (Oct-April) flannel sheets are provided on the bed.
In the summer months (April - Oct) cotton sheets are provided on the bed. Please note, we also turn off the heat during our summer season.

We loved this cabin! Had that cabin feel you want but modern bathroom and kitchen and furniture. Maybe I didn’t read close enough but the fenced yard was huge! Our pup had room to run around and stretch her legs. And so clean. We drove to Rollins Pass the Winter Park way. Wow! I’ve been all over Colorado and this drive still had us stopping at all the turn outs for pics. Rollins pass not open yet but still so much to see. Black Hawk pizza was good. If you like trails or small town surfing this cabin is right in the middle of all of it! And if you want to hike without the crowds of summer you can do that out the back of the cabin. We had trails all to ourself….shhh don’t tell anybody:)

It was a like a hut trip but we could bring our elderly dog with us. The bed was super comfy, and Jessica was prompt and helpful in her correspondence.

We absolutely LOVED this cabin. It was everything we were hoping it would be. Secluded, mountain views, isolated. The cabin is outfitted with very nice linens, pillows and mattress is very comfy. The couch is also very large and comfortable. We loved the huge picture window and the deck view. Another perk was the most quiet tower unit i have ever used. 20-30 mins drive the Central City or Nederland. We had a great stay and Jessica was very helpful and almost instant communication. We would love to stay here again. Thanks Jessica for the perfect mountain stay. It was beautiful!
