If you don’t demand luxury and are okay with some compromises, it is an acceptable place to stay.

I stayed at Lovely Terrace Apartment by Wonderful Italy in Bari for a week. It’s a cozy apartment with a terrace, a decent location close to the waterfront, and within walking distance of many city spots. The apartment features a kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning, and heating, all of which were useful for a comfortable stay.

However, there were a few drawbacks. The cleanliness wasn’t perfect, and the service from the staff seemed inconsistent. I also felt that the price was a bit steep, given what was offered.

Questa è stata davvero la peggiore esperienza. Avverto tutti, non scegliete questo appartamento. Per troppi motivi. C'è stato un rumorosissimo cantiere fuori dalle 7 del mattino. L'appartamento è molto sporco. Non ci sono parole per descrivere il mio orrore, il mio disgusto e il mio umore rovinato. Potrei scriverci un libro. Immaginate di entrare nel vostro appartamento dopo un lungo volo e di sentire la puzza, accendete la luce...E si vede che non hanno pulito dopo gli ospiti precedenti. Lenzuola sul pavimento, un materasso sporco, capelli, un bagno sporco... e questo è solo l'inizio... la puzza non è andata via nemmeno dopo le pulizie. Ho fatto il check-in alle 15:00. ma avevo avvertito che sarei arrivato alle 13:00, fino alle 17:00 due donne delle pulizie molto sporche hanno pulito l'appartamento. Si sono rifiutati di pulire la terrazza, quindi ho dovuto lavare i mobili, passare l'aspirapolvere e spazzare da sola. La doccia perde. La finestra della camera da letto non si apre. L'acqua gocciola sulla terrazza e c'è un tappeto di plastica verde sporco.che imita l'erba verde, non calpestarla, altrimenti ti verrà sicuramente un'infezione fungina. L'appartamento era stato pagato per tre persone, ma non hanno portato lenzuola né asciugamani per la terza persona. Non hai le informazioni di contatto del proprietario, quindi chiami l'assistenza clienti mentre sei in transito per tutta la durata della tua vacanza, spiegando ogni volta a un nuovo operatore. In realtà sono a Milano, e quando la porta si è chiusa di colpo, Hanno smesso di rispondere al telefono. Ho dovuto chiamare i vigili del fuoco per entrare nell'appartamento e ho passato l'intera giornata e la serata a occuparmene.Alla fine, ho capito che l'odore proveniva dall'acqua sporca nella lavatrice. ...... Mi hanno rimborsato 30€ per il disagio. Questo è un inferno.

Me fizeram esperar 5 horas para abril a porta , a primeira vez eu fique 20 minutos na porta , essa segunda experiência foi horrível! Me fizera-o esperar 5 horas na porta no frio , não me respondia o telefone . A toalha que cobria o sofá estava suja de sangue , uma nojeira!!! Não recomendo a ninguém! O corredor do prédio é cheio de santo que atrapalha muito a subir com a maleta ! A Tv da sala está com mal contato . Eu realmente não recomendo a ninguém!

I stayed at Lovely Terrace Apartment by Wonderful Italy in Bari for a week. It’s a cozy apartment with a terrace, a decent location close to the waterfront, and within walking distance of many city spots.
