The apartment is very large, spacious, and comfortable. There is plenty of space, with two big rooms. Both rooms have a TV, which is very convenient. One room has air conditioning, while the other has a fan.
There is also a large dining area with enough space for four people to sit and eat comfortably. The kitchen is quite spacious as well. The jacuzzi works perfectly, and having a balcony was a really nice bonus.
Overall, we felt very comfortable here and really enjoyed our stay.
The only small issue was that we couldn’t use the oven and the stove because they seemed to be disconnected from the power supply. Unfortunately, we didn’t know how to switch them on, so we weren’t able to use them.
Apart from that, everything was great and we really liked the apartment.

Εξαιρετικά ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα για τετραμελή οικογένεια (και παραπάνω) σε ήσυχη και ασφαλή περιοχή. Ακριβώς απέναντι από την πολυκατοικία υπάρχει καφετέρια για καφέ και πρωινό.
Το τζακουζι θα σας αποζημιώσει για τις πολύωρες βόλτες στο πανέμορφο Μπάρι.
Η ηχομόνωση δεν είναι το απόλυτο ατού, όμως με ωτοασπιδες ξεπερνιέται. Ενημερωτικά το πρωινό αποτελείται από συσκευασμένες λιχουδιές.
Μπορείτε να νοικιασετε αυτοκίνητο, αλλά οι ιδιοκτήτες (που ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικοί) απλά έρχονται σε επαφή με γραφείο ενοικίασης (δεν έχουν δικά τους οχήματα), που σημαίνει πως κάτι μπορεί να πάει στραβά (όπως στην περίπτωσή μας που ενώ κλείσαμε συγκεκριμένο όχημα, τελικώς δεν ήταν διαθέσιμο), όποτε καλύτερα να κλείσετε από κάποιο site.

L appartement était grand ,bien situé pas loin des points d intérêt.
Cependant il est au premier étage et les chambres donnent sur la rue assez bruyante. Les voisins ne font aucun effort pour fermer la porte d entrée qui fait un bruit horrible qui Essonne dans la maison.
Contrairement à ce qui est dit dans l'annonce pas de petit-déjeuner italien mais plutôt des paquets de biscuits madeleines et croissants industriels 1 paquet de chips périmé, . 3 berlingots de jus et canettes de sodas et exactement 6 capsules de cafés pour un séjour de 3 jours pour 4 personnes , pas de the ou autre. Après ma remarque
la propriétaire m a prétendu que c était ce qu'elle appelait un petit déjeuner italien.
La cabine de douche est minuscule et moisie au sol, dommage je n'ai pas de photo!
Les matelas sont de mauvaises qualité (trous).
Air co dans une seule chambre et pas dans l appartement comme annoncé .
Le jacuzzi dans la chambre fait un bruit infernal la nuit (pompe).
Nous nous somme également senti presque harcelé
Par téléphone pour le payement de la taxe alors que nous visitons la ville et allions à la plage .
Nous lui avions proposé de venir à l appartement le soir lorsque nous y serions mais elle a préféré nous "rejoindre" à la plage !!!!
