- Sauber / staubfrei - Schöne Zimmer - Terrasse als grosses Plus (v.a. auch für Raucher) - Fast perfekte, sehr unfassende Ausstattung! - Gute Klimaanlage

- Es gab leider eine (oder mehrere?) Kakerlake(n) in der Wohnung! Der Zustand war jedoch sehr sauber… - Die Dusche ist recht eng bemessen und der Wasserdruck ist zeitweise ein bisschen knapp/dürftig - Im Hochsommer sehr heiss, da Rooftop… jedoch leistungsfähige Klimaanlage
