The location was good. The food offerings were very nice and thoughtful. The room decor was also nice.
The room maintenance wasnt good, multiple marks on the wall, paint coming out due to moist wall. The room was also not checked before the checkin. There was a massive overflow and drainage block in my room. When I called the team, they just cleared the block. No follow up from the AYS and no compensation or simple amenity gesture was not provided. We have taken 2 rooms, one with triple occupancy and other with single occupancy. Triple occupancy was with breakfast and single occupancy wasnt with breakfast. But when we went to the morning breakfast, the staff got confused heavily and keep on asking us to pay for extra even when it was included in my package. The front desk associates were fine but the rest. associates were confused. It seems there is a lack of communication between FO and F&B.
