I would like to express our sincere gratitude for a wonderful 22-night stay in Porto at your excellently located property. Whenever we needed something, your staff promptly provided it and communicated effectively. Having a vacuum cleaner available was particularly convenient, and the quiet surroundings made our stay very enjoyable. Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience.

With the hope of helping your business grow and ensuring an even better environment for future guests visiting Porto, I would like to kindly share a few detailed observations and suggestions for improvement: ​Air Conditioning: Water was leaking from the air conditioner, and one of the remote controls was not functioning. Laundry & Towels: While towels were replaced weekly, it would be extremely beneficial—especially for long-term guests staying three weeks or more—to install a small wall-mounted washing machine and dryer. Using un-dried towels for a full week between two people is not ideal for health and hygiene. ​Kitchenware: Some kitchen items appear somewhat aged. It would be great to inspect and replace scratched dishes and cups. Bathroom Maintenance: The showerhead and shower booth are quite aged, with noticeable soap scum and dark mold. I personally spent some time trying to clean and remove it for hygiene reasons, but it requires a more thorough professional treatment. ​Iron: Please inspect the iron as well to ensure it is in full working order. ​Sofa Condition & Hygiene: The sofa was quite worn and stained, to the extent that we had to cover it with long towels before sitting on it. It seems to require deep cleaning and disinfection, as we experienced itching from bugs embedded in the fabric. Additionally, providing some mosquito control options would be very helpful. Apartmán bol priestranný, vo veľmi dobrej a tichej lokalite. Veľmi dobrý prístup do ubytovania.

La posizione è buona, non centralissima ma comunque in 20/25 minuti a piedi raggiungi il centro tranquillamente. La zona è silenziosa e si dorme bene.

Ottimo prezzo per l'appartamento nonostante vi siano alcune pecche. Per esempio l'intero appartamento è pervaso da un odore intenso di muffa che non si riesce ad eliminare nemmeno aprendo le finestre. Il materasso del letto matrimoniale è sfondato e molto scomodo e le lenzuola sotto non erano pulitissime, infatti ho trovato alcuni peli. Le sedie sono un pò traballanti ma comunque per qualche giorno non è male per il prezzo.
