Incredible location, right opposite the Imperial Palace, and by a moat filled with huge lotus flowers, all visible from the balcony. All the appliances are in excellent condition. Netflix on the tv. Wonderful friendly and helpful owner, who really looked after me with great kindness. Great coffee shop downstairs, fairly priced and with a great view.
Occasionally a little bit noisy on the street, but not so much to be an issue.
