Polite and helpful staff . All requests were attended to promptly
The spa was only offering massages . All other spa services were unavailable . I had hoped to get a facial done

Checkin till check out..its magic with Vivanta guwahati. Saurav @reception help desk is simply charm and simmering hospitality at its peak. Saurav keep it up. Brand Taj and staff all awesome. Buffet breakfast is magnetic effect for day start and property becomes heaven coz of Saurav (the himachal guy) and not to forget Abhinav as well at front desk.
We wanted to witness completion of entrance DOME. Thats fine next time. Saurav keep it up and thank you for being a strongest reason that inspires to revisit Taj Vivanta every time we are @ Guwahati. Its the spirit of people and staff that gets contagious. You are blessed with that. Kudos 👏 and blessings to your charm Saurav. Fabulous.

Good stay, comfortable and clean, good service and facilities, restaurant and buffet is great
Communicating with property prior to arrival, should have alternate contact numbers and easy way to reach hotel staff, also minor thing but minibar was empty!! Not expected in a star hotel

I had requested for early check in to which there was no response even more than 48 hours later when i reached the hotel. Whats worse is they delayed the check-in even more than the actual check in time mentioned in the listing that is 2pm, by the time i was in the room it was almost 3pm (i had requested checkin of 12) the staff were clueless abd infact not helpful at all and quiet rude.
