Very clean: crisp linens, dust/grit free tile floors, no smell(cant stand room smells especially smoke of any kind).
Quiet neighborhood: great for quiet mornings and nights. No noise from the neighbors or the street.
Private entrance: convenient to your parking space. You can go and come as you please.
Great Host: The host was very accommodating and responsive. They offered me free early check in and late check out. They responded within minutes to my questions or concerns,
The only thing is that it is about a 15-20 minute drive to Clearwater Beach, so you would do best to rent a vehicle.

Tudo mas principalmente a limpeza e arrumação do espaco. Fica bem localizado e a casa e bem aconchegante. A anfitriã estendeu o horario de saida sem eu pedir. Pena que so pude ficar um dia e que choveu mas adoramos tudo
Nada a reclamar

The outdoor yard, host never told us she was coming, she just popped in twice, wasn’t happy with that
Fridge wasn’t cold and too small, only water was in bathroom, couldn’t control temp, got quite warm, only 1 fan
