Beautiful property in the picturesque Ninh Binh landscape! Beautifully lit up at night and charming. The staff were charming and lovely. The rooms were very comfortable and beds were generous in space! It is perfectly located for exploring the surrounding natural beauty

Pros: Clean, serene, nature. If you want to be away from the business of Tam Coc then this would be a great alternative. Dorm rooms were spotless, beds super cozy. Lots of room for your things. Facilities are spacious, restaurant on site. Showers had hot water. The owners give you a snack pack when you leave the property of sweet rice crips which is a nice gesture.
Cons: Not one staff member could speak english - they try to help but it can become frustrating using their translation app to communicate. Daily breakfast is sparse, and they won't allow any alterations - I tried asking / swapping fruit vs toast with my eggs but it was a no. The isolation of this place definitely allows for a more zen vibe - personally, I left early because I wanted to be walking distance to food/shops. Its about 25min drive to get into Tam Coc and can get pricey using Grab taxi's. If you prefer more action and lively facility I suggest this place is not for you.
