I booked this apartment so our big group of friends can hangout together while visiting Bangkok.. the host never made me feel secure about my booking . Were trying to make sure everything ran smoothly when we reached Bangkok from Phuket but I had no help .. we had two van transports to take us to the apartment but as soon as I got there I didn’t have a code to get in .. the drivers were doing their best to help us and one ot the neighbors too but since they didn’t know the host they couldn’t help us.. I didn’t want to stranded there with our luggage’s so I booked another hotel and thanked goodness our drivers never left our side .. don’t book here worst customer care . Should be taken off Expedia felt like a scam .. I only got it because the area was highly recommended but your better off by the river
