Cosy 77 m2 holiday home with hot tub and sauna located on a closed road in the holiday home area Ydø. The house is located on a secluded plot. There is a half-covered terrace for sunbathing and barbecues after a trip to the Baltic Sea at the beach on Albuen, which is only 500 metres away. If you want to see what else Lolland has to offer, we can recommend Dodekalitten and Knuthenborg Safari Park or the Medieval Centre. The holiday home has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one room with a single bed. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, shower and washing machine, and when it's time to relax after a day of excursions, you can take a trip to the sauna and hot tub. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, electric stove with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, while the living room has a smart TV for streaming and free internet, dab radio and a wood-burning stove for those cold days or just to cosy up. The holiday home is located on an 800 m2 large plot, so there is plenty of opportunity for a little play and games, and when you want to barbecue, you can sit under the semi-covered terrace. Not available for youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
