We were in town for Milwaukee Metalfest, and this is exactly what we needed. Most of the day was spent at The Rave, so the location was nice. A 15 minute walk and you are there.
It's an older home, but Antonio has really done a lot of work and I can appreciate that. The fair share of updates transforms the place really well. We were also grilling out front and chatted with a couple of friendly neighbors. A comfy place on a quiet street. What more can you ask for?
Communication with the host was timely with any questions we had.
One warning though. If you are allergic to Cottonwood trees, there is one in the backyard. When we were there in early June, it was in full bloom. A friend of mine was having a rough time with it.
Other than that, I highly recommend and will be back.

Great stay! All the comforts of home and convenient to all downtown destinations. Nancy was very gracious and accommodating! I would definitely stay here again.
