La famille est tellement adorable, la propriétaire nous a accueilli avec d’immenses sourires.
L’emplacement est en haut d’une petite côte à l’écart du bruit de la ville, très bien situé pour tout faire à pied.
Les matelas sont durs comme des bancs de bois, on finit par s’y habituer un peu mais si on ne le sait pas c’est vraiment surprenant. Et la chambre la moins chère n’a pas de fenêtre.

Hi havia música a l'exterior però el personal ens va dir que a les 22h Hi havia silenci i així va ser.

Camera spaziosa, con vista e finestra tutta parete oscurabile, pulita, bollitore, frigo, con un bel bagno, tutto nuovo e molto economica!
In centro, vicino al lago, ma nella prima via parallela rispetto alla strada principale, quindi luogo molto tranquillo. Lo staff è una famiglia deliziosa. Servizio lavanderia veloce. Agenzia Express Sapa Bus per Hanoi a 20 m.
Aria condizionata, ventilatore e acqua calda, tutto perfetto.

After staying in two different moldy and cold rooms in Sapa in three nights I was pleasantly surprised with how clean and warm this place was. I don't leave bad reviews so I won't name and shame the other places but I'm.happy to promote a family business when I can. The mountain view was fantastic, the shower was hot, the room was and bathroom were modern and clean and the location is superb.
No English was spoken but in 2026 that's not an issue. A lovely family with smiling children and parents. I felt at home immediately.
Maybe 10 out of 10 is high if you're expecting the Hilton or the Ritz but compared to the other places giving me bad lungs and itchy beds this place is 100% worth the money.
Thanks for finally giving me a good night's sleep!
