Good for one night stay, search for a bigger place for a family of 4.

Parking, location

Floors are falling apart a bit (old renovated building things), no nets from mosquitoes on windows so they must stay shut during hot season.

A nice place to stay in Łódź

Liked: the general location; ground floor access; quiet surroundings; free gated parking; proximity to Piotrowska Street; the room was easily warmed when it was cold outside, the shower is terrific; refrigerator has a freezer

Didn't Like: One of the beds is way too low. (The rest are minor issues) - flat pillows; driving out was tricky since gate key was needed to exit, yet key had to be back in lockbox. Curtains need to cover more of the windows for privacy. It would be nice if all checkout instructions were on the back of the laminated sheet instead of on stickers. Not the fault of the owner, but there is major construction going on the street which means that to walk down the one block you have to cross twice because there is no sidewalk.

Lepiej się nie da :)

Po pierwsze świetna lokalizacja - dosłownie 5 minut spaceru do ul. Piotrkowskiej. Po drugie na przeciwko sklep do 23.30 (Stokrotka). Po trzecie miejsca parkingowe na podwórku bez konieczności dodatkowych opłat. Po czwarte mieszkanie parterowe bez schodów - idealne dla ludzi z wózkami. Ponadto świetny kontakt z właścicielką - Pani jest uprzejma, dobrze zorganizowana i przewidująca tzn. doskonale wie czego było nam potrzeba.

Że byliśmy tam tak krótko :)

Po pierwsze świetna lokalizacja - dosłownie 5 minut spaceru do ul. Piotrkowskiej. Po drugie na przeciwko sklep do 23.30 (Stokrotka). Po trzecie miejsca parkingowe na podwórku bez konieczności dodatkowych opłat. Po czwarte mieszkanie parterowe bez schodów - idealne dla ludzi z wózkami. Ponadto świetny kontakt z właścicielką - Pani jest uprzejma, dobrze zorganizowana i przewidująca tzn. doskonale wie czego było nam potrzeba.

Lokalizacja jest po prostu rewelacyjna. Mieszkanie jest zadbane, czyste i wyposażone we wszystko co potrzeba a właściciele to przemili i bardzo pomocni ludzie. Polecam.
