Easily one of the absolute best hotel stays I have ever experienced! 🌟 The hotel itself and the quality of the rooms are exceptional, but what truly sets this place apart is the incredible team.
After we were unfortunately involved in a ferry accident during our time in Bangkok, the staff went above and beyond, taking full charge of contacting and following up with the ferry company on our behalf to lift that stress off us.
Beyond their exceptional support, their everyday service was flawless. I honestly don't think I touched a door handle once! Every team member was remarkably attentive, warm, and greeted us with genuine smiles every time we came and went.
A few highlights:
The Pool: A total must-use! Perfectly temperature-controlled, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully maintained. 🏊♂️
Complimentary Tuk-Tuk Service: So convenient! You just call the front desk ahead of time to request a drop-off at one of their designated locations around the city. It made exploring Bangkok completely seamless. 🛺
100% recommend staying here if you're visiting Bangkok. We couldn't have asked for a better stay! 🇹🇭✨
If I had to pick one tiny downside (and I’m really splitting hairs here!), it would be the pool's closing time. It stays so warm late into the evening in Thailand that a night dip after a long day of exploring would have been absolute heaven! That said, we completely understand it's likely for safety reasons, so it's a very minor detail in an otherwise perfect stay. 🏊♂️🌙

Brand new, clean, super comfy bed, quiet location, exceptionally nice staff! They did us several lovely things for the birthday in the room and for the birthday breakfast as well!

The room was fantastic, especially the air conditioning!! The staff were AMAZING. Always greeting me with a smile and always on hand to help and offer suggestions. The complimentary Tuk Tuk service was so good. I used it a couple of times. Laundry service was great and by weight 👌🏽.
The pool/gym + restaurant are across the street. It was a little weird, but I didn’t even use the pool and that’s mostly why (convenience). The location is about 30min bike ride to Sukhumvit - longer by car.
