The property is well maintained, when room service is requested everything is changed and restocked. We stayed for a week and came back to a clean room every day. Very attentive and respectful staff.

The hotel seems new and modern. The room was large enough and beds quite comfortable. (I personally didn't like the fact my bed was so close to the bathroom door)
The staff was courteous and helpful.
No complementary water bottles in the room.
Breakfast was meager and disappointing. It is only a la carte, you get eggs and a small salad and you can only have one order. Coffee was Ok.
The hotel is located in a small alley quite far from any decent restaurants or tourist attractions. You have to take a ride to go anywhere
With so many hotels to choose from in Bangkok with better facilities and breakfast and for almost the same price - I was disappointed
