Clean and close to the underground station.
The fact that they knew a week before l arrived that there was no hot water. They did not answer my distress calls because they don’t work on weekends! They tried to make it better by giving me an address miles away where l could have a hot shower with other sauna guests! I was not impressed with their hospitality skills- they have none!
