This was a very clean modern hotel. We appreciated the air conditioning in the room as well as the free coffee/tea in the room.This was one of the nicer hotels I stayed at on my trip to Germany.
My only complaint is that there was a huge line to check in. Not sure why it took so long but it was the only time we experienced this on our trip.
Also, this hotel is very nice but the surrounding area is not. I could see people passed out on the street from my window, people doing drugs and heard people smash beer bottles on the street at night. I was a little surprised at how unsafe I felt walking from the train station to the hotel. Obviously the surrounding area is not the fault of the hotel. But something to consider when staying there.

The parking was full we had to find a garage in the neighborhood. Staff was friendly and location is very convenient. We only got a bit bored because our reservation was for a bedroom with queen-size sofa, and we got another room with a much smaller sofa, which was less confortable for 3 people, but all went well besides that.

Easy access, great location between the HBF and main locations of interests. The surrounding is not that "dangerous" as others say, nice experience.
