Rental agreement and hot tub waiver required to gain access to the home. All guest names and vehicle license plates must be submitted before check-in.
We may require further guest verification upon booking. This would include the main guest on the reservation providing personal contact information, a photo of their ID and a selfie with the ID.
Propane Grill: Please note that we work off an honor system with the propane tanks. We do not provide refills and ask that each guest refills or switches out the tank if it's empty or low at the end of their stay. Upon booking, we provide instructions on the closest places that provide propane.

From the moment we walked in the door we could tell how special this property is. Everything is immaculately maintained and many things were above and beyond - such as a directory to the area, a list of all important items, and easy to find items to help with our stay. The views were incredible. It’s hard to do them justice in a photo. We spent mornings on the patio drinking coffee and looking at the sprawling mountains. Would definitely come back and highly recommend for anyone looking to come here!

My favorite part of this home was the large beautiful deck with amazing views of the mountains and lake below. The home is gorgeous with lots of places inside and outside to gather with family and friends. The kids and grandkids loved the game room. Check in and out was easy and the host was very responsive.

Cathleen was helpful and responsive throughout the whole process, we were here for a girls weekend and had an amazing time. The house was spotless and had everything we could need. The view alone made this house an 11/10. We are already planning for another trip back to this house!
