We wish there was some warning that they were doing construction on the building. They were painting the entry way and the whole area smelled like paint fumes. The fumes in the condo were strong, so we had to open all the windows to air it out. They should have warned us about the construction as we would have stayed somewhere else. The price was a bit high giving its slack season. They did a great job remodeling the condo, however they should have replaced the mattress. It was less than desirable.

We enjoyed our time here, but the pictures are different than what we saw in person, mostly paint color differences in dining area and kitchen. We had a very peaceful stay and it was very enjoyable. However, the furnishings/decor/appliances are dated and the mattress is extremely firm (it was uncomfortable to me). There was also significant dust/sand build up in the bedroom closet and pink mildew on the bottom of the shower curtain. The cleaning of the unit should have been more thorough.

Everything was nice at the condo but there are some flags. There’s black mold in the shower and the window in the bedroom is broken so it won’t lock. The sofa is pushed back against the bar stools so you can’t use the bar stools. I was going to push the sofa off of the bar stools but the jungle of spider webs Under the bar kept me from doing so. It’s a perfect location with a parking spot and the owner responds right away, I just think it could use a deep cleaning and a couple of small fixes and it would be perfect.
