Designed for comfort and convenience, this suite features two queen beds, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining room, and a cozy living area. The Space:
An in-unit washer and dryer, every stay feels effortless. Located just under half a mile from the beach and adjacent to the main resort complex, this retreat provides easy access to world-class amenities. The highlight amenity is your access to Litchfield by the Sea amenities including the guest only beach access. Enjoy four nearby golf courses, , a state-of-the-art fitness center, scenic trails, tennis courts, and a peaceful fishing lake.
Guests also have access to a business center, private beach entry, high-speed wireless internet, a rejuvenating day spa, and an on-site Starbucks to start each morning right.

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules. Minimum age of 21 to rent condo.
**There is no access to pools!!**
We supply starter kits for essentials such as toilet tissue, bath soap, etc...guests are responsible for extra supplies if needed. This is a private condo at the resort, not managed by the front desk.
Security Deposit options (only 1 can be chosen):
1. optional $40.00 non-refundable damage waiver
2. $500.00 authorization, released 3-5 business days after checkout
