Great Location, close to a supermarket, an important local bus line and to the university. It had everything what is necessary for a longer stay. The owner communicates very effectively and is quickly reachable.
Only some small things, I am from a walking barefoot at home culture and the floor was a bit dusty as I found. Some more equipment for washing the dishes would be great to have in the apartment.

Il punto dov’è collocata
1)La camera da letto presenta una pompa di calore ( a mio avviso poco efficiente) che dovrebbe riscaldare tutta la casa ma che in realtà non rende, di conseguenza passare da una stanza all’altra ( ad esempio il bagno) comporta un’escursione termica nel periodo invernale.
2) La biancheria per l’igiene personale presentava capelli.
3) Le chiavi per aprire il cancello ed il portone non erano presenti, sono arrivate successivamente a seguito di segnalazione.
4) La mattina della partenza ( intorno alle 10:00) un’ora prima del check out previsto per le 11:00 ,mi sono ritrovato in casa,senza che nessuno avesse bussato né avvisato, le addette alle pulizie ( per fortuna che ero vestito ) erano entrate in casa . Ho provveduto ad informare il/ la titolare che non mi ha degnato neanche di risposta.
5) I servizi della Tv digitale non erano attivi quindi non si poteva vedere ad esempio Netflix ( indicati nella descrizione come attivi ).
Che dire …. Sicuramente non ci ritornerò ,tenendo presente che il prezzo non è adeguato alle reali condizioni della struttura e ai servizi descritti.
