Apartment looks very modern / trendy. It was very clean. Location was great in Gruz. Great transport links to Old City.
Andrea went out of her way to attempt to rectify a situation relating to some items mistakenly thrown away by the cleaning lady - very thoughtful.
There are just a few purely practical things which could have been slightly better. There is no mirror other than in the wet room which gets very wet because there is no screen. A mirror in the bedroom or a small dressing table would be a useful addition.

Very well presented clean apartment , close to the port which worked well for us . Bus stop to old town right outside as well as access to food and supplies . Also close to major business area of Dubrovnik. Contact from owner excellent , beds etc very comfortable. It had everything we needed . We slept really well
It is in a busy area of town but noise level was fine with double glazing etc . We enjoyed being in the heart of things, how ever , some may not appreciate that .

Great location, just a short walk from Hvar Old Town. Everything was perfect — the house was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. The host was wonderful and very friendly. Communication was very easy, both via WhatsApp and in person. She was also very kind and allowed us to leave our luggage at the house after check-out, as our departure was at 2 PM, which was very helpful.
The location is also very convenient, close to the bus stop and the port, making it easy to get around and continue our journey. We also enjoyed the fast food downstairs, which was very convenient.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!
