The ground was wet outside on the patio.

The house is huge and has plenty of room for a large group with plenty of beds.
The backyard is technically unusable. During our stay the only thing that we used was the pool. The hot tub was not working and the rest of the backyard looks abandoned and hardly ever cleaned.

The outdoor space was wonderful! We spent a great deal of time in the pool watching World Cup soccer.
We were disappointed in the condition of the grill. Since the grill was advertised in the listing we brought steaks and planned for a nice dinner. The owners did change the tank out for us but the inside of the grill was rusty and it would have taken us longer to scrub the grill surfaces than it would to cook the meat so we settled for cooking them inside. We appreciated the effort to get it running but it really needs some attention for it to be in a condition to cook on.
