Vincent était très réactif à mes questions. Emplacement près du métro avec restaurants et épiceries à proximité.
Difficile de communiquer avec Homerez, qui gère l'appartement, tabourets pour manger, odeurs dans le passage et voisins du haut bruyants.

It is a small but well-equipped apartment, perfect for a single traveler (also, good for a couple, I guess). Has all the kitchen items, some spices, cooking oil, coffee, and tea. Very clean and stylish. There is a washing machine, hair dryers, a coffee machine, a ventilator, etc. The mattress is great (not too soft); the shower is strong. No artificial fragrances, fake plants, or similar nonsense. Communication was swift and easy. Location is convenient and accessible (walk to central attractions or Nord Station in minutes).
All was good. Just keep in mind that it is a small place, and some may be disappointed if they expect bigger spaces.

The apartment was great. Had everything you could possibly need. You could open doors and windows for fresh air. The kitchen was fully functional. Train station close by.

- very well located, near city center (20 min walk to Grand Place)
- public transport nearby (subway, bus, train)
- acceptable space for 2 adults and 1 child (but only for a few nights)
- considering the location, the price was decent (but only the location)
- working wi-fi
- it was not clean! nor the apartment, or some of the dishes, nor inside the bathroom cabinet etc.
- no AC (it is an issue in Belgium, agreed, but it is mandatory considering the new temperatures in this country);
- partially used shower gel, coffee capsules, ear buds, dishes detergent, kitchen paper roll etc. - it is decent to have new ones for every guest
- very hot inside
- not the most pleasant neighborhood
- the whole block smelled quite badly
- we were 3 guests (the host knew this) and were provided with bed sheets for only 2 persons; but, for no reason, we had like 6-7 pillow cases extra...
