La proximité de la gare et du métro(15min de marche maxi). Le logement en lui même(propreté, superficie, équipements). Les échanges avec le propriétaire(rapide, efficace et clair)

Muy limpio. Camas cómodas. Baño limpio y grande. Buena ducha. A 10 minutos caminando de la estación du Midi. La cocina tenía suficiente vajilla. Casa tranquila, sin ruidos, Calle tranquila, sin tráfico.
La habitación de las dos camas no tiene armario. Las camas tienen cajones, pero se echa de menos una percha, por lo menos. El pasillo tiene una luz que se enciende automáticamente cuando detecta presencia; bastante molesto si los huéspedes se levantan de noche, porque despiertan a los demás. No fuimos capaces de poner la tele.

Nous tenions, ma famille et moi, à vous remercier pour la qualité de votre accueil et votre disponibilité. Le logement était impeccable et très propre, ce qui a rendu notre séjour particulièrement agréable. Le quartier est calme et reposant, exactement ce que nous recherchions.
